My Journey To A Better Me 😃.

In the first pic (2011): I was overweight. At least 180 pounds. Not eating right, stressed out, and not exercising. 

In the second pic (2014): I was eating healthy and I don't think I was exercising very much. My mother's sickness was effecting me spiritually, mentally, emotionally, and physically and it was very difficult to deal with. So now that I look back on this pic I realize that I wasn't at my best.

In the last pic (2016): I have put on some weight. I do more weight and strength training. I don't run as much as my focus is different now. However, I still incorporate cardio in my workouts. I'm happy with where I'm at and my goal is just to become healthier and stronger.
